TRX is a highly-innovative bodyweight workout, that seriously changes your body shape and improves strength, endurance, balance, co-ordination, power and core stability and is also a great cardiovascular workout. It is a unique approach to strength training that uses a system of suspended ropes that lets you use your own body weight as resistance.
TRX is an effective training programme regardless of age, gender or fitness level. At InspireFit, we keep our TRX classes to a maximum of 11 people, to let the instructor motivate each person individually to work at their own pace.
