One to One

At InspireFit, all of our Pilates instructors are fully qualified to provide 1-2-1 sessions, where a programme is designed specifically for your needs and includes a full consultation and postural analysis.

1-2-1s are recommended before joining a general matwork class for those that suffer from back problems or have a specific health issue, such as MS, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, Arthritis. 

It is also beneficial for pregnant women, without previous Pilates experience, in the second and third trimester to attend one or more 1-2-1 sessions, before joining a class so they are confident with the basic principles and modifications for pregnancy.
