Suzy Sutherland
Suzy joined InspireFit as an instructor after graduating with a Diploma in Teaching Pilates from Hanson Pilates in February 2013.
Suzy started professional life as a technical author after graduating from Edinburgh University with MA (Hons) in English Language. After having two children, Suzy decided not to go back to officework and instead followed her heart into the world of Pilates, after attending regular classes with Kelly.
Suzy has also taught for Alba Pilates in West Lothian, Aspire Pilates in St Andrews and Bannatyne's Health Club in Dunfermline.
With 4 years' teaching under her belt, Suzy has also been practicing Pilates for almost 10 years and has a huge passion for it. Before going to Kelly's classes, Suzy had extreme back pain for many years and Pilates improved this so much that she was inspired to teach it herself.
Suzy knows a bit about the business, having been PA to Kelly and also doing the admin for KM Pilates for nearly 5 years - and she now looks after the website and any IT issues.
Suzy is extremely enthusiastic about teaching Pilates, and likes to put her own spin on things, aiming to inspire you in classes and one to one sessions, and she will always make sure you get a bit of personal attention in class.
Suzy enjoys meeting and working with people and aims to continually review her teaching and goals, and also undertake more training to enhance her knowledge and be the best teacher she can be!
