Matwork Pilates classes usually run in 6 or 7 week blocks, but this can vary. A 6-week block costs £42 per block for 1 hour class and £39 per block for 45 minute class, payable in advance.

What Class?

We offer a wide range of classes for different levels and abilities:

Beginner

This is an introduction to the Pilates technique and is suitable for anyone who is completely new to the technique; for those who have an injury or specific condition and those who are pregnant.

Intermediate

This class is for people who are familiar with the technique and have been taking part in class for at least 3 blocks. Intermediate level is a more challenging workout and often small equipment is incorporated into the workout (foam rollers, stability ball, mini ball, fitness circles, weighted toning balls, flexband).

Advanced

This class is a more intense and challenging workout and is only suitable for participants who are more experienced with the technique.

Mixed

This class is suitable for complete beginner to intermediate level where the instructor works closely with those who have no experience of the technique.
