bootybarre BOUNCE is a High Intensity-Low Impact workout!
You will learn to incorporate barre moves into a fun unique trampoline experience with bouncing cardio moves and fusion barre exercises.
A full body work out designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance, and endurance. A true fusion of Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Cardio now available on the trampoline.
Classes every Tuesday 10.30-11.15 am and Friday 5.30-6.15pm
